GHA homechoice: coming 17/03/09

GHA homechoice is GHA’s new choice-based letting service, which they are piloting in the west of the city. This will be launched on 17 March 2009. GHA homechoice will change the way GHA let their houses, giving you more choice about where you want to live and the type of house you would like to live in.
Instead of using the points system to decide which houses to offer applicants, it will soon be possible for you to choose a property that is right for you and your family. The new service is easy and straightforward.
While the GHA homechoice pilot runs in the west of the city, we will continue to let properties in the rest of the city using our existing letting procedures.
The areas included in the pilot are:

In the meantime…
If you are currently on the waiting or transfer list for some of the areas covered by the pilot you will automatically be registered for this service. We will send you a welcome booklet along with your registration number and registration code before the pilot is launched. This will ensure you have all the information you need to participate in GHA homechoice as soon as it is launched.
